She has four poetry chapbooks, and her novel Post-High School Reality Quest was recently published from California Coldblood, an imprint of Rare Bird Lit.

I originally interviewed Rosanne Parry in 2011 for Creative Spaces when she gave us a peek into her treehouse workspace. (So cool!) Her most recent book is the middle-grade novel The Turn of the Tide, which received starred reviews and was chosen as an Oregon Battle of the Books title for the 2017-2018 school year. Today is the day! I can’t believe The Unbreakable Code is now officially out there in the world. I started writing this book in earnest a couple months before Book Scavenger was published. My writing process for the two books was about as different as you can get. There were times I was so far outside my writing comfort zone, I didn’t know if I’d be able to pull it off, and then I’d meet Book Scavenger readers in person or via Skype, and it always left me reinvigorated, eager to return to the page, and determined to tell another good story for you.… Read the rest
